The maintenance facility consisted of housing for new vehicle service equipment, wood shops, a sign and welding shop, as well as administrative offices. Building included purchase and installation of a bridge crane, vehicle exhaust systems, high pressure washing systems, dust collection system, paint spray booth and various shop equipment items. Several energy conservation and environmentally sensitive measures were incorporated in the construction, and this project received LEED Silver Certification.
