Pre-Construction

Early involvement allows us to provide expertise, project recommendations, schedule development, and identify potential opportunities. Gerding Builders will provide transparency and accountability for project costs, quality, and schedule from concept to occupancy. We do the hard work in preconstruction to facilitate a streamlined project build.
Construction Management
Our team of experts will provide innovative solutions, constructability review, and schedule development. In addition, we will provide onsite supervision, adhere to stringent safety standards, and execute your project with excellence.
Design-Build
When you need a turnkey solution, Gerding Builders is your Design-Build Contractor. Design-Build is our preferred contract method for our clients who want our team to take the leadership role on the project. We are experienced in leading a project from property test fit options all the way through project final occupancy.
Negotiated (GMP Project)
Many of our private work clients choose this delivery method for its outstanding transparent project cost process and collaborative team environment. Our team works hard to develop an all complete GMP contract with a visible construction contingency program in which all savings are returned to the client.

Sustainable Construction
Recognizing the importance of promoting a healthy environment from within, we constructed a LEED Gold Certified facility to serve as our company headquarters in Corvallis. The energy-saving methods we used have saved us on-going mechanical and maintenance costs. Additionally, our original goal was to reduce or recycle 50% of construction waste. Through our proactive site waste control measures, we were able to divert 95% of the construction waste.
